Bessie Bicos joined Travers Realty Corporation's Los Angeles headquarters office in 1994 as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman and Founder, James N. Travers. In 1995 she was promoted to Office Manager where she oversaw all the daily operations of the firm and the support staff before taking post at Travers Realty's Newport Beach office in 1999, which she currently manages to date.
As Office Manager, Ms. Bicos excels in her role of overseeing all areas of human resource management, personnel management, and the execution of company guidelines and measures. Her primary focus is to ensure the seamless daily operations of the office and administrative professionals, which are just a few of her extensive responsibilities. Ms. Bicos' additional skills and duties include, but are not limited to, the development of comprehensive building reports, company presentations, market surveys, the creation and execution of the sublease marketing campaign for the Newport Beach office, and the daily contact and interface with all brokers and clients.
Ms. Bicos truly understands the value of being a "team player" in supporting both clients and teammates on a daily basis. Her vast multi-tasking capabilities, attention to detail, troubleshooting experience, and firm commitment makes her a fundamental member of the Travers Realty Team.
