Brett W. Lessman joined Travers Realty in 2009 and has since established himself as one of the most aggressive tenant-only representatives in Orange County. Through his detail-oriented process, Mr. Lessman relies on his knowledge of the marketplace, aggressive negotiating skills and long-standing relationships to consistently reduce overhead costs on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Lessman has represented several Southern California based tenants in lease and purchase transactions ranging from 1,000 to 50,000 square feet.
Prior to joining Travers, Brett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Ecology at University of California, Irvine. While attending UCI, he was a member of the division I men's volleyball team.
