Mr. Smith graduated from University of Southern California and earned a BS degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Real Estate Finance. He earned a Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation from CoreNet Global and is a CCIM candidate and a Senior Leader of Corporate Real Estate candidate.
Mr. Smith is a former board member of Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association (LACRA) and a member of Rotary Club, CoreNet Global, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Japan America Society, the Los Angeles Headquarters Association and the Southern California Development Forum. He has been with Travers Realty Corporation since 1990.
